AMALA is a Somatic Resource Center, currently located in Boulder and Lyons Colorado. We provide a variety of resources to support you through your healing journey.
We specialize in Somatic Therapy and Education which includes;Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Polarity Therapy and Nervous System Education for Trauma Resolution. AMALA is committed to a Biodynamic framework of holistic care. Which means that the innate wisdom of each person is the ultimate "physician". Our practitioners hold the intention to create a safe and supportive container that honors the wisdom of the body to lead the way. Developmental trauma, acute traumas and challenging experiences can affect our ability to live in the present. Somatic Therapy and Education provides an opportunity to listen to the body and allow for healing to occur. Nervous System Education classes give us an understanding of what is happening on a physiological level which is the foundation of navigating our Nervous Systems in Somatic Therapy and our daily life. |
